Redundancy of Key Components

Most of NeuCool’s maintenance can be handled onsite, with existing staff. Hot-swappable components support operating serviceability and dramatically reduces any downtime.

  • Multiple Pumps – N+1 redundancy 
  • Sensors for temperature, flow, pressure, and more
  • Level sensors for leak detection and reporting
  • iCDU and pump power supply redundancies

  • Pumps are load-balanced to operate below design specs 
  • 4-9x less flow rate is required versus single-phase DTC systems, preventing high-velocity erosion and high pressures that shorten lifecycles 
  • Multi-faceted leak detection system monitors report and provide auto-responses 
  • Built-in redundancy and software-controlled auto-failover features ensure the servers keep operating  
  • Operator alerts and hot-swappable components facilitate rapid system restoration
