Our Founding

Accelsius was formed in 2022 to develop and commercialize a cooling solution system based on years of scientific thermal research. Founded by Innventure, our experts have created a new liquid cooling system that is serviceable, scalable and resilient: NeuCool®.

Thermal science experts have written that “2-Phase is an Art.” At Accelsius, we have turned art into practical reality: the revolutionary NeuCool Platform is a real-life solution for AI, ML, and other mission-critical applications. We stand behind our technology, and we are fiercely proud to bring it to our customers and partners.

Liz Cruz

Chief Marketing Officer

Liz Cruz is the Chief Marketing Officer at Accelsius, bringing extensive expertise in the data center industry. Her background as an analyst has enabled her to understand emerging technologies and drive growth through strategic positioning and market differentiation.

Previously, Liz led Omdia’s Data Center Research Practice, advising industry leaders on the adoption and application of data center technologies. She also served as Director of Content for Data Center Events & Media Programs at Informa Tech, where she honed her skills in driving engagement and building brand awareness.

As CMO, Liz is dedicated to showcasing Accelsius’ two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling as the premier solution for unmatched thermal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Jackie oster

Senior Manager of People Operations

Jackie brings over 15 years of experience in HR and education, leading strategic initiatives that improve talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. At Accelsius, she has created and optimized HR processes from the ground up and led recruitment while fostering an inclusive, data-driven culture. Prior to Accelsius, Jackie held roles in business development and human resources, where she developed comprehensive training programs and successfully managed employee relations.

Jeff Taus

Vice President of Engineering

Jeff Taus is a technical leader with over 25 years of experience in electronics, specializing in enterprise computing and leading projects from automotive controllers to global server deployments. With 13 years at Dell’s OEM group, he tailored solutions across markets. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University. 

Robert Wehmeyer

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Wehmeyer has over 25 years of experience in managing financial operations for ultra-high growth companies, including Arthur Andersen & Co, Westinghouse, Dell, and National Instruments. He has led finance teams in manufacturing, R&D, operations, services, sales, and marketing.

Chief Revenue Officer

Dino is an experienced operations executive skilled in HR, finance, product management, sales, and team leadership. He excels at guiding technical teams in creating solutions for dynamic markets. His leadership roles include CEO, COO, and Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing, where he has successfully scaled high-reliability manufacturing organizations. 

Rich perley

Chief Marketing Officer

Rich Perley is a seasoned CMO and VP with 33 years in the tech sector. He is skilled in strategy, product development, and digital marketing. Rich is adept in sales, client relations, and partnership growth, with prior leadership roles at Motorola, Wistron, and Augmentix. 

Dr. Richard bonner

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Bonner is a distinguished heat transfer researcher with 18 years in thermal product development, specializing in two-phase cooling. He has authored over fifty papers and holds five U.S. patents, having designed cooling products for 125+ clients in various sectors. He is a former AIChE Transport and Energy Processes Division Director and holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.

MATT CRUCE

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Matt Cruce is an expert in high-tech supply chain management, including procurement and strategy. He has 12 years of experience at Dell Technologies, where he led Supply Chain Planning for servers. He also has engineering experience with NASA’s Orion Program at Lockheed Martin. Matt earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

JOSH CLAMAN

Chief Executive Officer

Josh Claman is an expert global executive with over 30 years of experience in data center technology. He’s driven growth and innovation at NCR, AT&T, and, as a Dell Executive, he managed significant business units across Europe and the Americas, including as General Manager of Dell UK. Post-Dell, he has led ventures in 3D printing and digital health, championing transformative tech. He holds degrees with honors from the University of Illinois and advanced business qualifications from the University of South Carolina and Oxford University.
